Finding the Right Fit

Getting the size right is the most important thing, and I want to make it as easy as possible for you.

The Alpha is designed with a little extra room in mind, because kids' feet grow fast, and comfort always comes first.

And if you're still not sure, just ask me. Message me on Instagram or email yishu@heylittlefierce.com before you order. I'd rather you take an extra five minutes now than end up with the wrong size.

How to Measure Your Child's Feet

You’ll need: a piece of paper, a pencil, two hardback books and a ruler.

Step 1 -  Place the paper on a hard floor next to a wall. Ask your child to stand on the paper with the side of their foot parallel to the wall.

Step 2 - Place one book against the back of the heel, with the book spine touching the heel and the other edge square to the wall.

Step 3 - Place the second book against the tip of the longest toe, again with the book is square to the wall.

Step 4 - Draw a line along each book spine and measure the distance between the two lines.

Step 5 - Use the chart below to find their size, and choose a shoe that's 0.5–1cm longer than their foot measurement for a comfortable, growing fit.

Tip: Measure both feet and use the larger measurement. It's completely normal for one foot to be slightly bigger than the other.

Tip: Measure in the afternoon if you can. Feet naturally swell a little throughout the day and you'll get a more accurate reading.

Size Chart

Measurements are taken from inside the shoe, not the overall sole length. Age ranges are a guide only. Every child grows differently.
